You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. All content on the Site — including copy, design, code, and imagery — is owned by Celtic River Marketing or its clients and may not be reproduced without permission.

Services & Prototypes

We offer a free, no-obligation homepage prototype to qualified prospective clients. Delivery of a prototype does not create an ongoing engagement. Paid services are governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Client Ownership

Upon full payment for a completed project, our clients own the final website assets we deliver, including code, copy, and creative produced specifically for them, in accordance with the applicable statement of work.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results from any marketing or web design engagement; outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celtic River Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
